This full remodel project in Bellevue added nearly 1,000 sq ft of functional living space for a young family. We removed two outdated fireplaces to open up the layout between the kitchen, family, and dining areas — creating a spacious, light-filled zone where their daughter can now play freely. The kitchen was fully renovated, and two bathrooms were updated with modern finishes. The client was so happy, they said: “Our only regret is not doing it sooner.”
